I'll never forget driving to work when I was in a low place and seeing a street filled with dustbins with funky filled lids. I thought to myself 'that's a little thing'. A week later I posted the first ever Little things post. It was in this low place that I realised that looking for small joys is so valuable. Since then I document the little things I've spotted each week. Nothing has been more valuable in my wellbeing than making a habit out of this. Even in my lowest moments I find myself noticing small glimmers of hope around me. What little thing have you noticed recently?
